Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly and let marinate for 15 minutes.
